 How do begin work with Newosta?

 We will work with you to agree a clear, easily understandable and complete Statement of Works. This ensures we have shared agreement on the deliverables and what success looks like. This will include:

• A well-defined scope

• An approach on how the scope will be delivered

• An outline delivery plan, including timelines, milestones and tasks with clear ownership & effort required

• Key assumptions, dependencies & risks

• Success criteria

• Change control process

 A robust Statement of Works makes sure that any engagement starts off on the strongest foundations.

How will costs be managed?

We can work on either a Time & Materials or milestone-focussed, Fixed Cost basis, depending on your preference.

What happens if our requirements change?

We will work with you to accommodate changes without impacting timelines or costs where possible.  If a change would impact either cost or time, we will be able to revise the Statement of Work in a controlled manner to ensure everyone understands and agrees the change to scope, tasks, timelines and success criteria.
